Tooele Real Estate didn’t change much when looking at the number of homes sold.  Median sold price decreased about $13,000 and average sold price decreased about $15,000.  Active listings are close to $200,000.

Real Estate in Tooele County Utah appears to be recovering a little slower than other parts of Utah. It's one of the few areas where total 2009 home sales were less than 2008 home sales. The absorption rate of almost 10% is also a bit high which indicates prices will likely decline in Tooele this year.
